AECB members Progress in Practise have been shortlisted for the Exemplar Sustainable Buildings award 2025

Ward Grove is a deep whole-dwelling retrofit, which minimises the energy demand and maximises comfort in an accessible home. The project is certified as an AECB CarbonLite Retrofit and energy bills have shown that it has exceeded even it’s designed performance significantly.  

Of the 15 shortlisted organisations, 6 are AECB members with services and products being supplied by further members.  So well done also to Paper Igloo, Max Fordham, Ecological Building Systems, Void Architecture, and dRMM.

This years’ AECB conference will be held in one of the shortlisted buildings!
