At the Green Building Press we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may be unhappy with a product. That’s why we offer a “no quibble” guarantee where,  if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can tell us and/or return an item to us in its original condition within 20 days of the date you received the item.

 

Our “no quibble” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

 

By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to books and magazines but our online digital products such as GBEzine online subscription, Green Building Forum membership or any of our ‘downloaded’ products it is 4 days from the date of first access.

 

To cancel your purchase under the cooling-off period, please inform us (by email) and, where necessary return the product to us with a cover letter saying “contract cancellation”. Please package the item securely and send it to us as soon as possible after the date that the item was delivered to you.

If you are returning an item to us then we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. As soon as we receive notice of your dissatisfaction with the product, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item. We regret that we can not refund any postage return charges that you may incur.
