When the Village of Joy portal published the list of the 50 strangest buildings of the world, the first place was awarded to the unique, unusual, full of magic ‘Krzywy Domek’ in Sopot, Poland with its fabulous architecture inspired by drawings by Jan Szancer. The Krzywy Domek defeated such world-wide buildings as the Torre Galatea Figueres in Spain, the public library in Kansas City in the USA or the famous Guggenheim museum in Bilbao.

The Krzywy Domek is a mysterious place where people who visit for events and business meetings put their signatures on the wall of the building, a wall named “The Wall of Fame”, which is the Polish version of the Hollywood ‘Walk of Fame’. This is one of many extraordinary ideas implemented out by creators of the project which helped the building to be nominated in 2009 to the ‘7 wonders of the Tri-city  competition’ (Sopot, Gdańsk, Gdynia).

On entering the weird building you will be amazed by the innovative solutions that the building boasts. The owners understood that the modern world cannot exist without fun locations for meetings, tele-conferences, multimedia presentations etc, Thanks to one of the best prepared business locations in Poland.
